How are my transfer credits evaluated?
Transfer Credit Evaluation
The Transfer Credit Unit reviews course descriptions from the university or college undergraduate catalog. The system shows how credit from other institutions will transfer to èßäÊÓƵ. When a course at your previous institution matches a èßäÊÓƵ course, we assign that course a èßäÊÓƵ equivalent course number. Courses that do not have a direct equivalent, but are accepted by èßäÊÓƵ, will be marked as accepted transfer courses (or open credit).
Appeals
Students who transfer credits to èßäÊÓƵ from a West èßäÊÓƵ institution may appeal decisions on how credits were evaluated within one semester of transfer. Please review the of undergraduate course catalog for appeal instructions.
